Die meisten Studios verfügen über einen Balkon. Ein Keller und ein Briefkasten vervollständigen das Angebot.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchenutensilien werden bereitgestellt. Der Zugang zur Unterkunft erfolgt per Ausweis oder Mobiltelefon.
Die individuell einstellbare Fußbodenheizung ist im Winter aktiv, während ein freikühlendes Fußbodenkühlsystem für den Sommerkomfort sorgt. Jedes Studio ist mit einem unabhängigen Doppelbelüftungssystem ausgestattet.
Die monatliche Gebühr für die Gebühren ist umfassend: Sie umfasst Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung, individuelles Hochgeschwindigkeits-WLAN sowie ein Abonnement für TV-Kanäle.
Im Gebäude steht eine Waschküche zur Verfügung.
