From 1 May 2026, we will be renting out our spacious, bright and quietly located flat in the tax-friendly Uitikon Waldegg. The S10 S-Bahn is only 100 metres away and Zurich main station can be reached in 15 minutes. The bus stops for Zurich Wiedikon and Schlieren are 400 metres away. For shopping, there is Migros, Coop and a pharmacy in the same location. The Uetliberg recreational area begins right outside the front door and offers plenty of variety for children and adults alike. The family-friendly indoor swimming pool with fitness and sauna facilities is about a 15-minute walk away. The flat (no lift) has the following amenities:
-Spacious, bright living room (35 m²) with fireplace and access to the loggia (9.5 m²)
-Kitchen (9.5 m²) with large work surface, oven, refrigerator and separate freezer compartment
