Durch die Lage im 4. OG ist die Wohnung sehr hell und luftig. **Sie wird praktisch unmöbliert vermietet (lediglich ein Sofa steht drin, welches mitvermietet wird), dh. Möbel müsste man selbst mitbringen.**
Mietbeginn: 15.03.2026
Mietende: 31.05.2026; ggf. ist eine Verlängerung auf 12 Monate in Absprache mit den Hauptmietern möglich (dies wird grad mit der Hausverwaltung abgeklärt, sollte sich nächste Woche herausstellen))

The bathroom has a bathtub and has been recently renovated.
Due to its location on the 4th floor, the apartment is very bright and airy. **It is rented practically unfurnished (only a sofa is included in the rent), meaning you would have to bring your own furniture.**
Rental start date: March 15, 2026
End of lease: May 31, 2026; an extension to 12 months may be possible in consultation with the main tenants (this is currently being clarified with the property management company and should be confirmed next week).
