FLEXIBLE MIETOPTIONEN

Das Studio kann, halbtags, ganztags, wochenweise, monatlich oder auch an Wochenenden gemietet werden.

1) Die Wohnung ist mit grundlegenden Vorräten ausgestattet, darunter Tee, Kaffee, Wasser sowie eine Auswahl an Gewürzen und Zutaten (Salz, Pfeffer, Öle, Essig, Sojasauce, Gewürze usw).

2) Kontinentale Frühstücksprodukte auf Anfrage (ohne Aufpreis): Brot, Croissants, Marmeladen, Butter sowie Eier – gemäß der auf den bereitgestellten Formularen aufgeführten Auswahl.

3) 60 m² Wohnraum + 80 m² Außenfläche
4) Die nächsten Bushaltestellen befinden sich am Lindenplatz und bedienen alle Richtungen.
5) Der Bahnhof Baden ist 7-8 Gehminuten entfernt.
6) Die Altstadt ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Komfort und Unterhaltung: Das Gartenstudio hat eine voll ausgerüstete Küche, einen Schlafbereich, ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette, einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Der Musik, Spiele und Bar Bereich darf gerne benutzt werden. Es hat ein Dartboard, ein Piano und ein eDrum.

Unterhaltung/Events: Unsere Gäste geniessen den Zugang zum grosszügigen Aussenbereich mit Grills und Sitzplätze für bis zu 30 Pers., stehend bis zu 70 Pers. Für grössere Events haben wir eine zusätzliche Aussenfläche für weitere 30 Pers.

FLEXIBLE RENTAL OPTIONS

The studio can be booked, half day, full day, weekly and monthly as well as weekends.

1) The apartment is stocked with basics i.e. tea, coffee, water and a variety of condiments (salt, pepper, oils, vinegars, soy sauce, spices) etc.

2) Continental breakfast products on request (no extra charge): Bread, croissants, jams, butter, eggs from our list of items on the forms provided.

3) 60 m² living space + 80 m² outside terrace area
4) The nearest bus stops are at Lindenplatz serving all directions.
5) Baden train station is a 7-8 minute walk away.
6) The old town is a 3-minute walk away.

Comfort and Entertainment: The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom area, seperate bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, a laundry room with washer and dryer. Music, Games and Bar Area is available for free use and includes a dartboard, piano and eDrum.

Entertainment/Events: Enjoy the landscaped outdoor area with grill facilities and seating for up to 30 guests or 70 guests standing. For larger gatherings, an additional 30 guests via an additional outside area.
