Wir haben eine wunderschöne historische Villa mit 3 separaten Wohnungen am Schlossbergweg. Wir befinden uns mitten im Grünen/Natur, aber auch mitten in der Stadt.

Die Attikawohnung wurde Ende 2024 neu gebaut und bietet einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick. Sie befindet sich direkt unterhalb der Ruine Stein und kann gemietet werden. Sie verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Ideal für 2 Personen.

• Die Wohnung ist mit grundlegenden Vorräten ausgestattet, darunter Tee, Kaffee, Wasser sowie eine Auswahl an Gewürzen und Zutaten (Salz, Pfeffer, Öle, Essig, Sojasauce, Gewürze usw.).
• Kontinentale Frühstücksprodukte auf Anfrage (ohne Aufpreis): Brot, Croissants, Marmeladen, Butter sowie Eier – gemäß der auf den bereitgestellten Formularen aufgeführten Auswahl.
• Die nächsten Bushaltestellen befinden sich am Lindenplatz und bedienen alle Richtungen.
• Der Bahnhof Baden ist 7-8 Gehminuten entfernt.
• Die Altstadt ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Für Mieter steht das Studio von Montag bis Freitag zur kostenlosen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette sowie einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Der Musik-, Spiele- und Barbereich kann genutzt werden. Es gibt eine Dartscheibe, ein Klavier und ein eDrum. Nach Absprache kann es auch für kleine, private Veranstaltungen wie Geburtstage, Familienfeiern oder ähnliches genutzt werden. Es gibt auch einen großzügigen Außenbereich mit Grills, einer Feuerstelle mit Platz für bis zu 70 Personen.

This can be booked, half day, full day, weekly and monthly as well as weekends.

We have a beautiful historic villa with 3 separate apartments located at Schlossbergweg. We are in the green/nature but also in the middle of the City.

The Attic apartment was newly built at the end of 2024 and has stunning panoramic views. It is located just underneath the Ruin Stein and is available to rent. It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower/toilet, a washing machine and a dryer. Ideal for 2 people (max 3).

• The apartment is stocked with basics i.e. tea, coffee, water and a variety of condiments (salt, pepper, oils, vinegars, soy sauce, spices) etc.
• Continental breakfast products on request (no extra charge): Bread, croissants, jams, butter, eggs from our list of items on the forms provided
• The nearest bus stops are at Lindenplatz serving all directions.
• Baden train station is a 7-8 minute walk away.
• The old town is a 3-minute walk away.

ADDITIONAL ACCESS TO OUR GARDEN COMMUNITY STUDIO (+80 m² terrace)
For Tenants, the studio is available Monday to Friday for free use. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

There is also a music, games and bar area. It has a dartboard, a piano, and an eDrum. By arrangement, the studio can also be used for small, private events such as birthdays, family gatherings, or similar. There is also a spacious outdoor area with grills, a fire pit and space for up to 70 people.
