**Einkommen**
Das steuerbare Einkommen aller erwachsenen Bewerber beträgt laut der rechtskräftigen Steuerveranlagung des Vorjahres nicht mehr als das Vierfache der Bruttomiete (Nettomietzins und Heiz- und Betriebskosten).
**Vermögen**
Das Vermögen aller erwachsenen Bewerber beträgt laut der rechtskräftigen Steuerveranlagung des Vorjahres maximal CHF 200'000.
**Belegungskriterien**
Die Anzahl Personen, die in einer Wohnung leben, unterschreitet die Anzahl an ganzen Wohn- und Schlafzimmern um höchstens eins. Halbe Zimmer werden dabei abgerundet.
**Untermiete**
Die Wohnung muss von den Bewerbern selbst bewohnt werden.
Ein Parkplatz (CHF 50.-) oder eine Garage (CHF 110.-) können dazu gemietet werden.
