The flat is ideally located, just a 3-minute walk from the Pérolles campus and the School of Engineering, 10 minutes from Regina Mundi, and about 10 minutes by bike or bus from Miséricorde and the train station.
The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, two fridges, and all necessary cooking equipment. Everyone has plenty of space for their food and personal items.

The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine with dryer, and there is also a separate toilet. Laundry is done directly in the apartment.

A warm dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, adds to the friendly atmosphere.
