Je suis une étudiante de 21 ans en 2ème année de Bachelor à l'Unil et je cherche une nouvelle colocataire (femme uniquement) dès le 1er mars 2026.
L'appartement est spacieux: la salle et la cuisine font un espace très ample, il y a un balcon aussi. Le wc est dans une petite chambre séparée de la chambre à laver qui a un lavabo et une bagnoire.
La chambre est déjà meublée, les meubles sont en vente pour 420.- (armoire blanche, bureau, chaise du bureau, table de nuit et étendoir) mais il n'est pas obligatoire de les acheter. Si vous ne les achetez pas vous serez obligés d?en acheter des autres indépendamment.
Les fumeuses sont acceptées.
Le loyer est à 820.-, il y a une facture de l'électricité/lumière/eau (toutes les trois ensemble) à payer environ chaque 3 mois, les charges sont aux alentours de 35-40.- par personne.

Quelques infos sur moi: j'aime lire, écouter de la musique, dessiner et peindre, je suis créative, j'aime cuisiner et je suis végétarienne (pas de soucis si vous ne l'êtes pas!). Je parle couramment français, anglais, italien, portugais et espagnol.

I am a 21 yo studying at Unil (second year of a BA in Italian and philosophy) and I am looking for a now roommate (women only) from the 1st of march of 2026.
The apartment is rather big: the living room and the kitchen form a beautiful open space, there's also a balcony.
The toilet and a small sink are in a little separate room from the main bathroom, which has a sink and a bathtub.
The room is already furnished and the furniture is for sale for 420.- (white closet, desk, desk chair, nightstand and clothing rack), but you don't have to buy them if you already have furniture or want to buy it yourself from a store.
Rent it 820.-/month and there's an additional charge for heating/water/electricity that we have to pay every 3 or 4 months that comes to about 35.-/40.- per person.
