Unsere charmante Altbau Wohnung in Luzern verfügt über 3 Zimmer, welche alle durch eine Tür miteinander verbunden sind. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung ca. 70m2. Die Wohnung hat leider keinen Balkon, dafür eine gemeinsam genutzte Dachterrasse, mit einer Traumaussicht auf den Pilatus. Die Küche und Bad wurden vor 7 Jahren renoviert. Die Nachbarschaft im Haus ist sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert.
Im Gegenzug suchen wir eine Wohnung in der Stadt Zürich, welcher Kreis spielt uns keine Rolle, umso zentraler (Kreis 3,4,5) umso besser. Die Wohnung sollte min 2.5 Zimmer und min 60-65m2 sein. Maximale Miete 2100. Wenn möglich mit Balkon/Sitzplatz oder geteilte Aussenräume (Terrasse/Garten). Die Wohnung sollte aber auf jedenfall unbefristet sein.
