The private laundry room and the staircase leading to the flat are located directly in the entrance area of the house. The guest bedroom with its own bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find the large flat with a great view. It has 3 additional bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. The highlight is the large living area with an open, modern kitchen and access to the garden on the south side and a fantastic balcony on the east side. Il punto forte è l'ampia zona giorno con cucina moderna a vista e accesso al giardino sul lato sud e al meraviglioso balcone sul lato est. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e la vista dal balcone sulle montagne circostanti e sul villaggio di Saas-Fee è da sogno.

La casa Solaris si trova proprio accanto alla Hannigbahn, il monte sole di Saas-Fee, con una fantastica offerta di escursioni e slittate. L'accesso alla casa avviene tramite una scala.
