kreative IV Rentnerin möchte neues Zuhause finden - schnell
IV Rentnerin mit EL, 49jährig, (Berechnung im Sept. 2025 im Kt. SG) braucht DRINGEND eine neue Bleibe.
Nach einem schief gegangenem WG Projekt im Toggenburgischen möchte ich wieder meine eigenen 4 Wände,
gerne mit der Möglichkeit zu gärtnern, ist wohl nicht zwingend.
WICHTIG IST: per 1. Februar 2026 sollten meine Möbel in der neuen Bleibe unterkommen können.
Alles ab 2 Zimmer, mit ÖV in der Nähe (mit Anbindung bis 23/24 Uhr, damit ein soziales Leben möglich ist) ist, willkommen.
Preislich kann ich, dank IV, je nach Region relativ hoch im Mietzins gehen.
Allerdings bevorzuge ich günstigen, bezahlbaren Wohnraum (also um die 1000,- SFr für 2 - 3 1/2 Zimmer), es darf auch ein älterer Fliesenspiegel im Bad sein, oder ein altes Chalet mit Holzofen, Hauptsache: sofort frei und gut mit Bus & Bahn erreichbar.
