Die Reinigung des Zimmers ist Sache des Untermieters, die anderen Flächen bzw. Zimmer werden von uns gereinigt und unterhalten. WiFi steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung und ist in den Miet- bzw. pauschalen Nebenkosten enthalten. Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an.
