Ich suche eine:n Nachmieter:in für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und Teil einer geselligen und entspannten WG. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, und das Zusammenleben ist unkompliziert und entspannt.
Dein Zimmer ist das 14.5m2 Zimmer direkt am Eingang.
Ich verlasse die Wohnung schweren Herzens um mit meinem Partner zusammen zu ziehen. Sonst würde ich sie niemals aufgeben. Wohnzimmer und Balkon sind riesig und jeder hat sein eigenes Badezimmer.
Eure neue Mitbewohnerin ist meine beste Freundin Laura (42), arbeitet in der Gastronomie. Wir laden gerne Freunde zum Kochen, spielen und Wein trinken ein, du solltest also auch ein bisschen gesellig sein.
