- Du brauchst ein Auto oder läufst sehr gerne Höhenmeter allein schon der nächste Nachbar ist ca 500 Meter weit weg wir sind kein Taxidienst
Die Strasse ist Steil aber vor 2 Jahren verbreitert (Ausweichszonen) und neu asphaltiert worden.
-Die Wohnung ist gepflegt aber nicht neu bitte erwarte nicht eine Wohnung für 4000chf wenn die Miete günstig ist.
Du wohnst im ersten Stock musst also eine Treppe steigen.
Der Hof benötigt keine weiteren Helfer du kannst aber bei Bedarf ein paar Qm Gartenfläche bekommen um dein eigenes Gemüse anzubauen.
- Keine Kiffer
- Die Privatsphäre vom Vermieter, Pächter und der anderen Mietern ist zu berücksichtigen.
