Wir vermieten ein unabhängiges Einzelzimmer mit Dusche und WC jedoch ohne Küche. Es ist daher eher für einen Wochenaufenthalter, Ferienzimmer, Überbrückung etc. gedacht und nicht als Erstwohnsitz. Die Miete ist inkl. aller Nebenkosten inkl. Strom und Parkplatz wenn ein Auto vorhanden ist. Hunde sind nicht erlaubt.
**Lage und Umgebung:** Das Zimmer liegt direkt über dem Coop-Supermarkt. Die Drogerie Eberhart befindet sich ebenfalls im gleichen Gebäude, was den täglichen Einkauf äusserst bequem macht. Der Bahnhof Erlenbach ist nur 6 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig mit Sicht ins Grüne. Bezug nach Vereinbarung.
