Die Wohnung ist mit einer weissen Küche ausgestattet, welche über ein 4er Kochfeld, einen Kühlschrank mit integriertem Tiefkühlfach, einen Backofen und einen Geschirrspüler verfügt.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, Spiegelschrank, Lavabo mit Waschbeckenunterschrank und Toilette. Zudem ist es mit einem eigenen Waschtrockner (Kombigerät) ausgestattet.
In den Zimmern wurde ein pflegeleichter Vinylboden (Parkettoptik) verlegt und die Küche sowie das Badezimmer sind mit weissen Keramikplatten ausgestattet.
Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil.
Es ist zu beachten, dass kein Parkplatz dazu gemietet werden kann.
