Die Wohnung kosten viel mehr als doppelt von diesem Betrag, da es um eine sehr grosse Wohnung in einem sehr gute Umgebung geht.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon und hat insgesamt ca. 160 m² Wohnfläche, davon ca. 30 m² Balkonfläche.
Sie befindet sich in der Nähe des Schwimmbads Wettingen-Baden.
Bevorzugt wird eine Frau. Ich wohne alleine mit meinem Kind und arbeite 100 %, teilweise im Homeoffice (hybrid).
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, der Bahnhof (HB) ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Migrolino, Lidl, Migros und Denner sind ebenfalls zu Fuss erreichbar. Coop im Einkaufszentrum Tägi ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Apotheken, Gemeinde, Feuerwehr, Polizei, Banken, Tankstelle u. a. befinden sich ebenfalls in Gehdistanz. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und angenehm.
