Zum Haus gehört ein Garten mit mehreren Sitzplätzen, der zum Verweilen einlädt.
Ausserdem ist genügend Platz für Autos und Velos vorhanden.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 1 Minute zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Langenthal sowie Migros befinden sich in ca. 15 Gehminuten Entfernung.
Im Haus leben zwei ältere, ruhige Katzen, die an eine entspannte Atmosphäre gewöhnt sind und sich über Gesellschaft freuen.
