Nur 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof Aarau vermieten wir im bevorzugten, sehr ruhigen und sehr grünen Wohnquartier, per 1.3.2026 eine grosse, teilsanierte 6.5-Zimmer-Attikawohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten und dritten Obergeschoss eines Büro- und Wohnhauses (kein Lift!). Im Rahmen der Sanierung 2023 wurde eine neue Küche und Parkett in der ganzen Wohnung eingebaut. Zudem wurde die Wohnung komplett frisch gestrichen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über fünf einzelne Zimmer, wobei zwei durch eine Schiebetüre verbunden sind. Auf jeder Etage befindet sich ein Bad (davon eines mit Badewanne), auf der unteren ist zudem das Gäste-WC platziert.
Die grosse Dachterrasse ist teilweise überdacht. Ebenso die Loggia auf der unteren Ebene.
Zur Wohnung, die sich sowohl für eine Familie wie auch für Wohngemeinschaften geeignet ist, gehört eine Doppelgarage und Kellerabteil. Abschliessbare Veloparkplätze können ebenfalls genutzt werden.
