Wunderschöne 3-Zimmerwohnung unterzuvermieten
Ich untervermiete meine schöne 3-Zimmerwohnung in der Berner Altstadt für vorerst drei Monate, allenfalls auch länger, ab 8./9. Februar 2026.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt und verfügt über einen Balkon. In der Küche gibt es eine Abwaschmaschine und eine eigene Waschmaschine. Es leben sechs weitere Parteien im Haus. Das Verhältnis untereinander ist sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir treffen uns mindestens viermal im Jahr auf der gemeinsamen genutzten Dachterasse oder bei jemandem Zuhause für ein Abendessen - natürlich frewillig.
Ich wünsche mir eine Person, die sich in meiner Wohnung ein Zuhause auf Zeit einrichten möchte, sich wohlfühlt und gut zu meinen Möbeln schaut. Ich werde weiterhin in Bern wohnhaft sein und bin entsprechend auch erreichbar.
