The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is spacious and well maintained. All furniture in the room is available and included at no additional cost. The apartment features a large shared living and dining area, a bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub, as well as shared amenities such as a bicycle storage room and a private cellar. The overall atmosphere of the apartment is friendly, uncomplicated, and respectful of personal space.

We are looking for an open-minded, uncomplicated, and reliable person who enjoys shared living but also values personal space. Someone who is independent, respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with would be a great fit. Age and gender do not play a role for us. The tenant will be sharing the apartment with two people aged between 25 and 27, a mix of students and working professionals.
