Wir bieten unsere charmante, lichtdurchflutete 2.5 Zimmer Wohnung bei Wipkingen zum Tausch. Die Hochparterre Wohnung am Hang (Käferberg) hat einen schönen Erker, bietet Aussicht über die Stadt, hat Garten vor & hinter dem Haus, ist zwischen 60-65m2 (kein Grundriss vorhanden), super angeschlossen (ÖV) und wurde bei unserem Einzug (Dez 2023) neu gestrichen und alle Küchengeräte wurden erneuert.
Die Wohnung ist 5-10 Minuten vom Letten und Röschibachplatz entfernt und eignet sich perfekt für Singles oder Paare. Im Haus sind nur 2 Parteien (Eigentümer Paar + unsere Wohnung) uns unsere Wohnung ist der untere Hausteil mit Garten. Dadurch kann man immer unkompliziert Waschen ohne Waschplan oder zusätzlichen Kosten.
Ein Parkplatz kann für chf 200.- dazugemietet werden. (optional)
Wir suchen eine Wohnung mit entweder 2-3 Zimmer oder loft style, min. 65m2 in den Kreisen 3,4,5,6
