Die Wohnung ist ca. 70 m² gross, hat eine gute Raumaufteilung mit einer grossen Küche (inkl. Balkon) & ein getrenntes Bad/WC. Eine Katzenklappe ist vorhanden.
Zur Whg gehört ein Kellerabteil.
Die Miete liegt bei unschlagbaren 1300.-/mt (exkl. Nebenkosten). Sie dürfte bei einem Mieterwechsel jedoch um einiges steigen.
Der grosse Gemeinschaftsgarten ist ein Pluspunkt, die Ringhörigkeit im Haus leider weniger.
Ich suche eine ruhige, katzentaugliche Wohnung (= weg von den Hauptstrassen) mit mindestens 2.5 Zimmern im Grossraum Winterthur. Ein Garten zur Mitbenutzung wäre toll.
Die Miete inkl. Nebenkosten darf bei 2.5Zimmern maximal 1500, bei mehr als 3 Zimmern bis 2500 CHF betragen.
