Die Lage ist ideal: Der Letten ist in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, der Limmatplatz in 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt in der Nähe und sämtliche Stadtteile sind schnell erreichbar.
Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist das Quartier ruhig, familiär und angenehm zum Wohnen.
