Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock eines 135 jährigen Gebäudes ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Winterthur entfernt. Im Sommer 2023 wurde das Gebäude und die Wohnung totalsaniert und hochwertig ausgebaut.
Sie ist über einen Lift erreichbar und verfügt auf dem 1. Stock über einen offenen Wohnbereich, eine moderne Küche mit Essbereich, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Badezimmer mit Waschturm. Der Officebereich kann mittels Vorhang abgetrennt werden. Im 2. Stock befindet sich der Schlafbereich mit Lesenische und einem kleinen Estrich.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schallisoliert und verfügt über drei elektronisch bedienbare Dachfenster, die viel Licht in die Wohnung lassen. Der gemeinsam mit der Nachbarsloftwohnung geteilte Balkon (inkl. Grill) lädt insbesondere in der Nachmittags- und Abendsonne zum Verweilen ein.

We are renting out our furnished two-story loft apartment from March 18, 2026 until the end of June 2026 (or by arrangement).

The apartment is located on the top floor of a 135-year-old building, approximately a 5-minute walk from Winterthur train station. In summer 2023, the building and the apartment were completely renovated and finished to a high standard.
The apartment is accessible by elevator and features, on the first level, an open-plan living area, a modern kitchen with dining area, a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The office area can be separated by a curtain. On the second level, there is the sleeping area with a reading nook and a small attic storage space.
The apartment is very well soundproofed and has three electronically operated skylights that allow plenty of natural light. The balcony (including a barbecue), which is shared with the neighboring loft apartment, is particularly inviting in the afternoon and evening sun.
