We are renting out our furnished two-story loft apartment from March 18, 2026 until the end of June 2026 (or by arrangement).
The apartment is located on the top floor of a 135-year-old building, approximately a 5-minute walk from Winterthur train station. In summer 2023, the building and the apartment were completely renovated and finished to a high standard.
The apartment is accessible by elevator and features, on the first level, an open-plan living area, a modern kitchen with dining area, a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The office area can be separated by a curtain. On the second level, there is the sleeping area with a reading nook and a small attic storage space.
The apartment is very well soundproofed and has three electronically operated skylights that allow plenty of natural light. The balcony (including a barbecue), which is shared with the neighboring loft apartment, is particularly inviting in the afternoon and evening sun.
