[Tauschwohnung] Altbauwohnung 2.5-Zimmer in Oerlikon
Da ich nächstes Jahr heirate, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer grösseren Wohnung. Im Gegenzug biete ich eine 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung zwischen den Tramhaltestellen Berninaplatz und Tierspital an. Es handelt sich um eine Parterrewohnung mit einer kleinen Terrasse; Haustiere sind nach Absprache mit der Vermieterschaft erlaubt. Im Sommer bleibt die Wohnung trotz Hitzewochen kühl. Küche und Bad sind grundsätzlich alt, haben aber vereinzelt neue Elemente (neuer Kühlschrank, kleiner Geschirrspüler, neue Platten im Bad, etc.)
Aktuell bezahle ich 1'583 CHF pro Monat, ab April sinkt der Mietzins jedoch auf 1'544 CHF inkl. Heiz- und Nebenkosten.
Ich suche eine grössere Wohnung, bevorzugt in Oerlikon oder Umgebung. Für meinen Verlobten wäre eine Lage ETH Hönggerberg, für mich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Stettbach ideal. Erdgeschosswohnungen werden bevorzugt.
