Die Wohnung wurde 2017 komplett saniert und überzeugt mit modernem Innenausbau und hochwertiger Bauweise. Sie verfügt über ein grosses Wohn- und Esszimmer, ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken, eine lichtdurchflutete Küche mit Glaskeramikherd, Geschirrspüler und Granitabdeckung sowie ein helles Bad mit Dusche und Fenster. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone und bietet viel Licht und Privatsphäre. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Keller-/Estrichabteil.?Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotz zentraler Umgebung. Die Nachbarn sind voll angenehm und respektvoll. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist ausgezeichnet (Bushaltestelle Manesseplatz direkt nebenan, Bahnhof Wiedikon und Binz in ca. 9 Minuten Gehdistanz). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Es gibt zwei Fotosets der Wohnung: eines zeigt den Zustand vor meinem Einzug, das andere den aktuellen Zustand.

Im Gegenzug suche ich insbesondere ein Studio oder Loft, idealerweise neu oder frisch renoviert, so zentral wie möglich in Zürich, mit einer Miete bis maximal 2000 CHF.

I am offering my spacious and bright 3-room apartment (80 sqm) in Zurich, District 3, near Sihlcity, for a flat swap. The monthly rent is CHF 2721. The apartment was fully renovated in 2017 and features a modern, high-quality interior. It includes a large living and dining area, a spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a bright kitchen with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher and granite countertop, as well as a bathroom with shower and window. The apartment has two balconies, plenty of natural light and privacy, and also includes a private cellar/attic storage unit.
The area is very quiet despite the central location, with friendly and respectful neighbours. Public transport connections are excellent, with the Manesseplatz bus stop right next to the building and Wiedikon and Binz train stations within walking distance. Shops for daily needs are just a few minutes away.

In exchange, I am specifically looking for a studio or loft, ideally new or newly renovated, located as centrally as possible in Zurich, with rent up to CHF 2000.?
