Erforderliche Unterlagen: - Die letzten 3 Gehaltsabrechnungen - Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag- Auszug aus dem Betreibungsregister
Es wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 3800.- verlangt (die Agentur akzeptiert SwissCaution).

I am giving up my studio on January 9, 2026, and am therefore looking for a new tenant to take it over.
The studio is 30m² and has been completely renovated with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer).
The studio is located on the ground floor of a 5-story building and includes a storage room.
Viewings are available every day between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
To arrange a viewing, please contact me by message.
Required documents: - Last 3 pay slips - Permanent employment contract- Clean criminal record
A deposit of 3,800 is required (the agency accepts SwissCaution).
