Hohe Decken, schöner Parkettboden, ein grosszügiger Grundriss mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem separaten Ankleidezimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, grosser Küche, breitem Flur und zwei Balkonen machen diese Wohnung zu etwas ganz Besonderem.
Ich suche im Gegenzug eine kleinere Wohnung in der Stadt Zürich – idealerweise eine charmante Dachwohnung mit Terrasse oder eine stilvolle Loft. Wichtig ist mir, dass auch die neue Wohnung Charakter und Atmosphäre hat. Preislich sollte sie etwas günstiger sein, da ich mich verkleinern möchte.
Der Tausch ist ab sofort möglich wenn es die perfekte Wohnung zum Tausch ist.
