Ich biete eine schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 65qm) in bester Lage an der Kanonengasse direkt am Kasernenareal im Kreis 4 zum Tausch an. Ich suche eine kleinere Wohnung ab 2 Zimmern bis 1600.-/Monat, bevorzugt in den Kreisen 2 (Enge), 3, 4 oder 5. Wichtig ist mir eine zentrale Lage. Der Stil sollte entweder wie meine jetzige Altbau sein oder Neubau.
Der Umzugstermin ist flexibel. Die Verwaltung hat dem Wohnungstausch bereits zugestimmt. Das Mietverhältnis ist unbefristet.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, umgeben von Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer etwas Grün sucht, findet die Kasernenwiese direkt gegenüber. Die Busstation „Kanonengasse“ ist nur eine Minute entfernt. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon.

• Die beiden Zimmer auf der Kanonengasse-Seite sind durch eine Verbindungstür getrennt, die sich entfernen lässt, um einen offenen Durchgang zu schaffen
• Einbauschrank und Kellerabteil
• Waschküche mit 2 Waschmaschinen und 1 Tumbler (Waschplan vorhanden, meistens frei)
• 2. Stock
• Super liebe Hausgemeinschaft (alle total entspannt) mit Whatsapp-Gruppe für Austausch und Infos

Ich habe immer sehr gern hier gewohnt, suche nun aber etwas günstigeres/kleineres aufgrund WG Auflösung.
