- Highspeed Internet über WLAN
- Empfangsgebühr für Radio / Fernseher (Serafe)
- Sämtliche Nebenkosten für Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Entsorgung
- Hauswartung und Reinigung der allgemeinen Räumlichkeiten
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 4 Monate. Das Mietzinsdepot beträgt jeweils eine Monatsmiete.
