Nachmieter für 3-Zimmer-Wohnung gesucht
Ich suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter für meine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Dulliken (Kanton Solothurn). Ich habe den Mietvertrag erst per 15. November erhalten, müsste arbeitsbedingt doch nicht einziehen.
Meine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im 2.Stock ist 70 m2 gross, verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Wanne und einen sonnigen, grosszügigen Balkon. In der Küche steht eine neue Spülmaschine zur Verfügung. Meine Wohnung ist für 2 Personen geeignet. Haustiere sind erlaubt.
Die Bruttomiete beträgt 1200CHF. Der Aussenparkplatz beträgt 40 CHF. Der Bezug ist ab sofort möglich. Die benötigten Unterlagen für eine Wohnungsbewerbung: Aktuelle Betreibungsauskunft, 3 aktuelle Lohnabrechnungen oder ein aktueller Arbeitsvertrag.
