In unserem Neubau MFH an der Gotthardstrasse 39 in 6410 Goldau haben wir noch freie Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Die Liegenschaft ist sehr zentral gelegen und befindet sich nur 400 Meter von der Autobahnauffahrt sowie 500 Meter vom Bahnhof Arth-Goldau entfernt.

Die Einfahrt ist 2,10 m hoch. Die einzelnen Parkfelder sind jeweils 2,35 m breit und 5,00 m tief. Im Angebot befinden sich 2 Doppelparkplätze (Nr. 06+13 und 07+12 jeweils hintereinander) für je 200 Fr. pro Doppelparkplätz pro Monat. Die Garage ist sauber, abgeschlossen und verfügt über ein automatisches Garagentor mit Sender.

Dieses Angebot richtet sich an Anwohner*innen sowie an Besitzer*innen von Zweitwagen oder Wochenendwagen, welche diese sauber und sicher unterbringen möchten. Arbeiten an den Fahrzeugen in der Tiefgarage sind nicht gestattet. Ebenso dürfen keine Reifen, Zubehörteile, Dachträger oder sonstige Utensilien in der Garage eingelagert werden.

In our new construction project, a multi-family house at Gotthardstrasse 39 in 6410 Goldau, an underground garage with various parking spaces is being built. The property is centrally located, just 400 meters from the motorway entrance and 500 meters from the Arth-Goldau train station.

The entrance has a height of 2.10 m. Each parking space is 2.35 m wide and 5.00 m deep. The offer includes two double parking spaces (Nos. 06+13 and 07+12, each arranged one behind the other) for 200 francs per double parking space per month. The garage is clean, secure, and equipped with an automatic garage door with a remote control.

This offer is aimed at residents as well as owners of second or weekend vehicles who wish to store them cleanly and safely. Vehicle maintenance in the underground garage is not permitted. Furthermore, tires, accessories, roof racks, or other items may not be stored in the garage.
