Suche Nachmieter für 2,5 Zimmerwohnung mit Terrasse
Zum 1.02.2026 suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in, der/die meinen bestehenden Mietvertrag zu den aktuellen Konditionen übernimmt.
Die Wohnung ist Parterre in einem Chalet. Die BruttoMiete beträgt 1430,- inklusive Velo-/Auto(Kleinwagen)unterstand, Nebenkosten sind eine Pauschale und somit fix, die Wiese und die Blumenbeete werden vom Mieter gepflegt.
2 Monatsmieten als Kaution.
Es hat eine KombiWaschmaschine mit Tumbler, keinen Keller, jedoch einen Schrank (von mir gekauft) zum Lagern, beide befinden sich in einem Raum neben der Wohnung.
