Die Wohnung könnte per 31.01.2025 oder nach Vereinbarung übernommen werden. Ich würde mich sehr über einen Nachmieter freuen, der die Wohnung genau so schätzt wie ich und der gerne noch einige Möbel übernehmen möchte.
