Wir suchen für unsere 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Embrach per 1. Februar 2026 einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung liegt drei Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Embrach-Rorbas entfernt. Von dort fährt ein direkter Bus zum Flughafen Zürich, sodass man insgesamt in etwa 30 Minuten am Flughafen ist. Nach Winterthur gelangt man mit dem Zug in rund 15 Minuten, nach Zürich HB in ungefähr 35 Minuten. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist damit verlässlich und für Pendler gut geeignet. Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind in Embrach problemlos erreichbar.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 2'250 CHF inklusive Nebenkosten. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz kann für 120 CHF pro Monat dazugemietet werden.

Winterthur can be reached by train in roughly 15 minutes, and Zurich Main Station in about 35 minutes. The public transport connections are reliable and convenient for commuting. Essential services in Embrach are also easily accessible from the location.
The monthly rent is 2,250 CHF including utilities. An underground parking space can be rented for an additional 120 CHF per month.
