Ich möchte gerne meine Wohnung im Niederdorf (2 Zimmer - 5. Stock - 1650.- inkl NK) gegen eine gleichwertige Wohnung am rechten Zürichseeufer tauschen.
Meine Wohnung ist ein schöner Altbau, die Lage ist unschlagbar, gleich visavis von der Zentralbibliothek. Mir persönlich ist die Wohnung leider zu hellhörig und ich möchte wieder hinaus aus der Stadt ziehen.
