- 1 -2 Schlafzimmer
- oder 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Zimmer für Hobbies usw (aktuell mein Musikraum. Wird noch leergeräumt)
- 1 Büro (Home-Office erprobt: mit Stehpult, externem Bildschirm und Pinwand)
- Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne
- Küche mit Geschirrspüler
