- Waschküche mit Wasch- und Trocknungsanlage.
- Große, nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse von etwa 10m2 mit elektrischen Jalousien.
- Großer, persönlicher Keller im Untergeschoss.
- 2 überdachte Außenparkplätze mit Stromanschluss, der an den eigenen Zähler angeschlossen ist.
Außerhalb des Gebäudes gibt es einen gemeinsamen Garten.
- Haustiere erlaubt
