In der ruhigen Business-WG werden ab dem 01.02.26 zwei Zimmern frei (ca. 11.5 m² und 12.5 m²). Dazu gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen Privatgarten. Je nach Belegung kann daraus eine 3er-WG entstehen.

Mitbewohner & Nutzung:
Ich bin etwa 50% der Zeit in der Wohnung und nutze sie hauptsächlich als Homeoffice. Gesucht wird jemand Ruhiges, der das Business-WG-Konzept schätzt (arbeiten/wohnen, kein Party-Hotspot).

Lage:
Zu Fuss zum Bahnhof Pfäffikon SZ: ca. 10 Minuten
Zu Fuss zum Zürichsee: ca. 15 Minuten
Zwei Autobahnanschlüsse in der Gemeinde
Coop ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss, Aldi ebenfalls in der Nähe

Pfäffikon SZ gehört zu den steuergünstigsten Gemeinden der Schweiz

Optional:
Aussenparkplätze können separat gemietet werden.
Im Nachbarhaus kann zusätzlich ein Gewerberaum mit ca. 13 m² optional gemietet werden

In this quiet business flatshare, two rooms will become available from 1 February 2026 (approx. 11.5 m² and 12.5 m²). They come with a private bathroom with shower.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private garden. Depending on the constellation, this may become a 3-person flatshare.

Flatmates & Use:
I am in the apartment about 50% of the time and mainly use it as a home office. I?m looking for someone quiet who appreciates the business-WG concept (work & live, not a party flat).

Walking distance to Pfäffikon SZ train station: approx. 10 minutes
Walking distance to Lake Zurich: approx. 15 minutes
Two motorway exits in the municipality
Coop approx. 5 minutes on foot, Aldi also nearby

Pfäffikon SZ is one of the most tax-friendly municipalities in Switzerland.

Optional:
Outdoor parking spaces can be rented separately.
An additional commercial room of approx. 13 m² in the neighbouring building can also be rented optionally.

Costs:
The rent refers to one room and includes a flat-rate charge for utilities of CHF 100.
Wi-Fi, Serafe, rubbish bags, washing machine key, etc. are charged separately and shared fairly.
