Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie ein helles Wohnzimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche. Sie bietet auch einen kleinen Balkon.
Ein Keller und ein Parkplatz sind in der Miete enthalten.
Eine Waschküche ist vorhanden, um eigene Waschmaschinen zu installieren.
Haustiere sind grundsätzlich nicht erlaubt.
Das Apartment ist spätestens am 1. März oder früher (zu vereinbaren) verfügbar.
