Das Zimmer ist renoviert und mit den Dachschräge + sichtbarem Balken sehr charmant. Das Zimmer ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und hat zwei Dachfenster mit Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Das grosse Fenster zum Essbereich kann durch Vorhänge verdunkelt werden.
Die Wohnung könnte kaum zentraler liegen:
\- nur 5 min vom Bahnhof CH-Romanshorn (mit Direkt-Verbindungen per Regionalexpress bspw. nach St. Gallen, Zürich oder Konstanz)
\- direkt am Boden-See-Rundradweg
\- direkt am SeePark (öffentlicher Grillplatz, Tretboot-Verleih, Hafen, Seezugang zum Schwimmen, Liegewiese, Beach-Bar, Restaurants...)
Trotzdem sehr ruhig, durch Naherholungsgebiet mit Nacht-Fahrverbot
Da ich die Wohnung regelmässig fürs Homeoffice + gelegentlich an den Wochenenden nutze, werden Berufspendler, die die Wohnung nur von Mo-Fr nutzen, bei der Bewerbung bevorzugt.
Die angegebenen 750 EUR entsprechen der Monatsmiete vom 01-27.12. (inklusive Nebenkosten für das leeres Zimmer).
Wenn das Zimmer möbliert gemietet werden soll (auf Anfrage auch möglich), würde sich der Preis auf 950 CHF erhöhen
