We are renting out our fully furnished studio as we are moving to a larger apartment. Everything is included in the price and the flat is ready to move in - ideal for a single person or a couple.

The studio is located on the ground floor, overlooking greenery all year round. The building is newly built (we are only the 2nd tenants), features a bike room, elevator, and an optional storage room for rent. The area is extremely beautiful and quiet, with friendly cats roaming occasionally!

The apartment has floor heating, stays warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer. Storage space is surprisingly large for a studio: under the bed you’ll find a huge compartment (currently storing 3 large suitcases, 3 pairs of skis + gear, a drying rack, ironing board, and several boxes), plus a large wardrobe suitable for two people.

Within less than 10 minutes on foot:
- 2 Migros (one open on Sundays) and other stores + pharmacies, Zoo, Zurichberg scenic hill area and forest zone;
- Trams 6 and 10, connecting directly to ETH/UZH, Bellevue, the lake, the airport, and Zurich HB; Seilbahn Rigiblick
By bike, you reach Zurich/Oerlikon HB, ETH/UZH, or Bellevue within minutes.

!!! Important info
The current rental contract is tied to the 1.75% reference interest rate - meaning you can apply for a rent reduction and lower the rent by up to ~100 CHF.

Total monthly rent is 1850 CHF including Nebenkosten and furniture!
