sehr gute Anbindung nach Zürich (ca. 20-25 min mit der S-Bahn oder 17 min mit dem Schnellzug von Wädenswil Bahnhof)
Das Studio ist auf drei Etagen.
UG - Küche, Dusche & WC
EG - Eingang, Wohnraum
OG - kleine Nische zum Schlafen, unterm Dach (ca. 2.50 x 3m)
Im OG hatte z.B. meine 1.60 x 2m Matratze locker Platz.
Das Studio eignet sich nur für eine Einzelperson.
Wochenaufenthalter gesucht (Montag - Freitag).
Wenn du gelegentlich am Wochenende bleiben möchtest, ist das aber völlig okay. :)
Keine eigene Waschmaschine vorhanden.
