Das Haus verfügt über einen Regenwassertank, womit die WC's sowie die Waschmaschine gespiesen werden. Auf dem Dach gibt es eine Photovoltaikanlage. Die Bodenheizung sorgt für genügend Wärme.
Katzen und Kleintiere erlaubt.
