- Die Dachschräge beginnt ab 2.10m
- WCs zur Mitbenutzung im 1. Stock
- Stromkosten inklusive
- Mitbenutzung Vorraum. Wurde noch mit einem grossen Tisch und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet
- Auf Grund des Mietvertrages sind keine Kosmetikstudios erlaubt, da bereits ein Kosmetikstudio im selben Haus ist (Konkurrenzklausel)
- Eine Monatsmiete Mietzinskaution
- 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Ebikon entfernt
