The room is on the 2nd floor in a big house that we only have for us, no direct neighbours, the room is quite big, two windows, big wardrobe, a big built-in wardrobe, a working desk, large and comfy bed.

Nearby: everything you need, from 24hour shops to yoga studios, main station is within 5min walk.

We are looking for someone between the ages of 25-38, as long as you identify as human everything is accepted. ;-) You have your life under control, are busy, but also appreciate a night out together from time to time or cooking dinner together.

We are Elena, Amelie and Rafi and Yan. Two architects, a doctor and a developer. We have our lives almost under control ;-), are always in a good mood and open to many things. We enjoy our time together in the shared flat, but also value our privacy - it has to be a good mix. Yan lives for min. 6-7+ months abroad that's the reason there is a free space in our crew. The monthly rent is 1550.- (all included). For an additional 300.- per month you can have your private car with parking possibilities in front of the house. (w. roof box for skiing and snowboarding)
