I am renting out a room/flat-share in my 4 room apartment (3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bath). The room is bright and centrally located in the upcoming and hip area of Zürich (Kreis 4), 10 min walk to HB, 5 min to Google, UBS office “Europaalle”. There are plenty of things to do and nice/trendy places within the area such as the river Limmat with a nice recreational spot “oberer Letten” for sun-/bathing/jogging and plenty of hip restaurants and bars. The flat share is available as of now or June 1st 2023. The rent is CHF 1350 including all variable costs and can be rented flexible. Parking space is available upon request.
