Hello,
I'm renting out a room in a centrally located flat in Kreis 4. The flat has been recently renovated and the room for rent is 21m2 (smaller room also possible to be taken over for cheaper price) - the room is unfurnished. There is Migros and Coop 2-3 minutes walking distance, a lot of restaurants/bars close by and also gym is 1 minute walking distance form the flat. Zurich HB is around 15-20 minutes walking (5 min by tram) and same distance is to Paradeplatz (c. 5 min by tram). Lastly, there is Bahnhof Wiedikon c.5 minutes walking (direct train to the airport).
I'm 27y old Slovak guy working in finance and I'm living in Zurich over a year now. In my free time I usually do sports, grab some drinks with friends or just chill home and watch tv shows:). However, my job is keeping me pretty busy. Good fit for a new flatmate is important to me (clean and social).
Move in date preference would be 1st of Feb 2022. However, also during January 2022 is possible.
