Sub-lease to take over / Nachmieter gesucht (Untermietvertrag)

I am looking for someone to take over my sublease contract as soon as possible or the lastes as of February until July 2021.
The apartment is located at a 5min walk from Metro station Sallaz in a calm neighbourhood. You would be sharing it with two lovely students from EHL. There is also one indoor parking space included in the rent and it takes you about 15min by car to EHL.

The bedroom is fully furnished. There are two bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and a nice balcony.
